√(18) + √(2) \\ \\ = √(9*2)+ √(2) \\ \\ = √(9) √(2)+ √(2) \\ \\ =3 √(2)+ √(2) \\ \\ =4 √(2)

Since square root of 2 is irrational the overall expression is also irrational. Fourth option gives the correct answer
