First let's calculate the probabilities of each event happening separately.

The probability the arrow will land on D is
\sf(1)/(5), because this is one possibility out of 5.'

The probability the number cube will show an even number is
\sf(1)/(2), because there are 3 possibilities out of 6.

To find the probability that both of these events will happen, we can multiply these two probabilities:

\sf(1)/(5)\cdot(1)/(2)=\boxed{\sf(1)/(10)}

There are 5 equal sections on a spinner. Buzz wants to try to get the Letter D, which is 1/5 of the equal sectioned spinners.

In a 6 sided cube, 2, 4, & 6, are the even numbers, or 3/6 or 1/2 of the numbers are even.

Multiply the two fractions together:

1/5 x 1/2 = 1/10

C) 1/10 is your answer

hope this helps
