The given sequence is an Arithmetic Sequence as the difference of two consecutive terms remains the same.

The next term can be found directly by adding the common difference to the last term or by using the formula of Arithmetic sequence.

The common difference = d = 35 - 22 = 13
So,
5th term = 4th term + d
5th term = 61 + 13 = 74

Second Method:

First term = 22
Common difference = d
5th term = 22 + 13(5-1) = 22 + 13(4) = 74

So the next term of the sequence is 74.
