1/6 of an hour is 10 minutes, so Jaime runs 2/3 of a mile in 10 minutes. To find how far she runs in 10 minutes, we will multiply 2/3 times 6 to get to the full 60 minutes.
2/3 • 6 = 4, so Jaime runs 4 miles per hour. (C)
