Part 1
The slope is
(change in y)/(change in x) = (1-0)/(2-2) = 1/0
Part 2
The value of 1/0 is "undefined" so there is no way to carry out the arithmetic involved in the traditional version of the point-slope equation.
y -0 = (1/0)(x -2)
