Figure shows the graphs of the function y= f(x) and y= g(x). The four indicator points all have integer coordinates.

If g(x)= k• f(x), what is the value of K?

Explain your reasoning to the answer or show work!!!

The generic equation of the lines is:
y-yo = m (x-xo)
m = (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)
We look for the functions:
For f (x):
m = (- 1-1) / (1-0)
m = -2
y-1 = -2 (x-0)
y = -2x + 1
For g (x):
m = (3 - (- 3)) / (1-0)
m = 6
y - (- 3) = 6 (x-0)
y = 6x-3
y = -3 (-2x + 1)
The value of k is:
k = g (x) / f (x)
k = (- 3 (-2x + 1)) / (- 2x + 1)
k = -3
Answer:
the value of K is:
k = -3
