The 1st one you take the central angle and divide by 2
136/2 = 68

The second one, since Q is a tangent point the angle that it will form is 90 degrees. We know P is 16 so...
16 + x = 90
x = 90 - 16 = 74

For the first one, it's either 272 or 68. This is because, typically if the circle has an angle such as that, one is double or half of the other ( I can't quite remember... )

For the second one, I'd assume it's 74 since it's a right angle and the given angle is 16. Also, because right angles add up to 90.
