To turn a percentage into a decimal we divide by 100:
1. 999.9% = 9.999
2. 725.2% = 7.252
(1/5 = 0.2 so I changed this into a decimal to make 725.2)
3. 1000% = 10
4. 101.3% = 1.013
(3/10 = 0.3)
5. 175.25% = 1.7525
(1/4 = 0.25)
