How would you ask your teacher her nationality?

The phrasing of this question gives you some clues as to the correct answer. First of all, your teacher is female, as implied in the above question. Knowing that immediately eliminates one of the options (that which contains the masculine form of "teacher", which is maestro).

Secondly, your teacher is obviously one person, so the conjugation must be singular as well. Son and vienen are conjugated for plural subjects, such as ellos and ellas. They are not correct for our singular subject.
