The given equation is in point-slope form.

The general form of an equation in point slope form is:


y- y_(1)=m(x- x_(1))

Here m is the slope and
x_(1) and
y_(1) are the coordinates of the point.

So in given equation the slope is 2/3, and the coordinates of point are (1,3)
