I believe the answer is: Gender - role stereotypes
Gender - role stereotypes refers to a pre-determined conception on the characteristics that belonged to specific type of Gender
Having
Gender - role stereotypes often resulted in a false bias that make us believe that a certain gender is unfit to do a certain task regardless of their objective qualification.
