These are ABSOLUTE VALUES, which means the values of an absolute value are positive.
6 + 3 ( 4 ) + 5 - 0 × 6

Perform operations beginning for brackets as of Order Of Operations
6 + 12 + 5 - 0 × 6

Multiplication next
6 + 12 + 5 - 0

Add all of them

23

Your answer is the 3rd option, 23

Absolute values result in just the positive version of the number on the inside.

This gives us:

6 + 3(4) + 5 - 0 x 6

PEMDAS tells us to multiply first so we do.

6 + 12 + 5 - 0.

Now add like regular.

18 + 5 = 23.
