text fee= $0.05 per text
monthly flat fee= $35
t= # texts

51.50= 35 + 0.05t
subtract 35 from both sides

16.50= 0.05t
divide both sides by 0.05

330= t

CHECK:
51.50= 35 + 0.05(330)
51.50= 35 + 16.50
51.50= 51.50

ANSWER:
