The correct answer choice is B: 180 degrees.

Using the rules regarding transversals and parallel lines, we can say that: X + Z = 180.

We can also see that W and Y would equal 180 degrees because they are supplementary.

If we put the 2 180's together, we will have a total of 360 degrees.
