Grammatically, sentences A and B are incorrect. In sentence A the "and" makes the sentence incorrect. In sentence B "a collection of miscellaneous information" should be set off with commas but there's only a beginning comma. Also the sentence is missing a helping verb. C is the only one that is grammatically correct.
