Multiply the entire equation by the least common denominator which would be 10 to satisfy the the 1/2 and 1/ 5 so
15 = 15x - 12x
15 = 3x
Divide by 3 on both sides
5 = x

Answer:

x=(1)/(5)

Explanation:

We have been given an equation
(3)/(2)=(3)/(2x)-(6)/(5x). We are supposed to solve our given equation.

Upon multiplying both sides of our equation by 10x (least common multiple of 2, 2x and 5x), we will get:

(3)/(2)* 10x=(3)/(2x)* 10x-(6)/(5x)* 10x

3* 5x=3* 5-6* 2

15x=15-12

15x=3

(15x)/(15)=(3)/(15)

x=(1)/(5)

Therefore, the solution for our given equation is
x=(1)/(5).
