Answer: 16 2/5

Explanation:

1. 10 1/4+6 1 /4 Turn into a mixed number.

2. 41/4+25/4= 66/4 Simplify by 2= 33/2

Next question

1. 3 3/5 - 3 1/2 Turn into a mixed number

2. 18/5 - 7/2= 1/10 This is its simplest form in fraction.

3. Now that we have our answers, we are now going to subtract them.

4. 33/2- 1/10= 164/10 Simplify = 82/5 Divide it. Your remainder is 2 and our answer is 16 we keep our denominator 5 so we get: 16 2/5

Hope this helps :)
