URGENT PLEASE HELP!!!!! 50 POINTS

Select the declarations made by the South Carolina Ordinance of Nullification.
1)The tariffs of 1828 and 1832 were unconstitutional.
2)The Supreme Court had declared the tariffs of 1828 and 1832 unconstitutional.
3)Trade was exclusively a state power.
4)The tariffs of 1828 and 1832 were null and void.
5)Enforcement of the tariffs of 1828 and 1832 was grounds for secession.

Hey! Your answer would be 1,4,5. Because in the text,”Jackson Policies” it states ,”South Carolina was very displeased with the new tariff and, at a special convention, issued the Ordinance of Nullification. The ordinance declared that the tariffs of 1828 and 1832 were unconstitutional and, therefore, null and void. Any attempt to enforce the law would be just cause for the secession of the state from the Union.”

So that means
1- They were unconstitutional.
4- They were null and void.
5- They were grounds for the secession.
