Answer:

D) He signed a treaty giving away all of the land in Georgia belonging to the Creeks without the agreement of all Creek Nation.

Step-by-step explanation:

In 1825 William McIntosh signed the Treaty of Indian Springs which gave aqway the land in Georgia to the United States and agreed to move all the Creek Nation to move to the westside of the Mississippi river to a land where they´d be, according to the comissioners of the United States of America, safer and more secure, in order to initiate a proccess of civilazation, in the treaty the United States of America offered to pay the Creeks up to Six hundred thousand dollars for all the land that they had just given up. There wasn´t an agreement in all the Greek Nation to accept this traety when McIntosh signed, that´s why the indians believed that McIntosh had betrayed them.

Answer: D) He signed a treaty giving away all of the land in Georgia belonging to the Creeks without the agreement of all Creek Nation.

William McIntosh was a prominent chief of the Creek Nation. He tried to adapt to Western culture, even becoming a planter who owned slaves and owning a ferry business. McIntosh negotiated and signed a treaty giving away much of the Creek land in Georgia. This was a violation of Creek law. For his treason, he was executed in 1825.
