How about the following ordered pairs:
(4,3) (3,2) and (2,1).. you might consider writing the equation in the following form: y = x - 1 to generate additional ordered pairs..

To graph: plot the point (0,-1)... from this point to get additional points, just go up 1 and to the right one from each additional point. You could also go down one and to the left one.. Happy Graphing!
