Which tables have a lower unit rate than the rate represented in the equation y = 3/5x

Anything that is lower than 0.6 will work.

To find the unit rate, we just have to divide the 3 by 5 to get 0.6. In your tables, you can do the same thing. Find the equation, and then compare the rate with 0.6. You are looking for values less than 0.6.
