1) The conventional current flow in a circuit is from the positive terminal of the battery to the negative terminal of the battery (along the circuit). In the circuit in the picture, the positive terminal is on the right side of the battery (the positive terminal is marked with a larger bar than the negative terminal), so the current flows from the rigth side of the battery toward the left side, following the dashed line and arrows.
Therefore, the correct answer is

2) Conventionally, the direction of the current is taken as the direction of positive free charges. This means that electrons move in the opposite direction of the current direction. Therefore, in our case electrons flow from the negative side (left) of the battery toward the positive side (right), following the solid line and arrows.
