1) Use a magnet to remove iron fillings. (Mix of salt and gravel left.)
2)Add water to the mixture of salt and gravel. Salt will dissolve in water.
3) Filtrate gravel. (Salted solution is left.)
4) Evaporate water, and salt will be left.
