An easy way to do this is to take both angles and add them up to 180 degrees. (Since these are straight lines, and a straight line is 180 degrees.) We know that one angle is 82 degrees, so we can subtract that from 180 degrees and find the other angle. 180 - 82 = 98.

Hello!

The angle that measures 82 and the angle that is x are supplementary meaning that they equal to 180°

We can subtract the 82 angle to find x

180 - 82 = 98

x is 98

Hope this helps!
