The chamber of the heart having the highest probability as a site of the myocardial infarction would be the left ventricle. It is one of the 4 chambers of the heart and is located in the left bottom part below the left atrium which both are separated by mitral valve. It receives blood from the left atrium and pumps the blood out using a high pressure to the aorta and then to the body.
