From the story, what can you infer about kate chopin and her attitudes towards marriage? ("from "the story of an hour")

The correct answer is - She felt marriage was about living for someone else and bending to his will.

She felt marriage was a prison for a woman - that she would lose all freedom she had while she was still single. If you read the story, you will see that the protagonist seemed almost happy when she heard her husband died, because it meant she was finally free. Obviously, Chopin didn't have nice opinions about marriage.
