It would be most likely personal due to the past memories from the character.

Personal is the right answer.

A memoir is made up of personal situations. The writer will generally write about a specific moment from his / her life , or his / her relationships with someone important for him /her. The writer expresses his / her emotions vividly and does this by using the first person singular: "I". The writer's focus will be on his / her personal life.

These options are not right.

-dramatic ( This point of view can be or cannot be part of a memoir).

-omniscient ( There should be a first person view. An omniscent view covers the whole story from "above" not from one personal perspective)
