\theta = 12 * 190/360 * 2 *
\pi

= 38/3 *
\pi feet

= 39.79 feet

arc, s = 2
\pi * radius * angle / 360
= 2
\pi * 12 * 190 / 360
= (38/3)
\pi
= 12 2/3
\pi feet
= 39.79 feet
