For Example:

Decimal:
.70 = 70%
Move the decimal 2 spaces to the right
=================
Fraction:
7/10 = 70%
7/10 = 70/100
Multiply by 10
4/7 = .57
Divide the numerator by the
denominator
( 4 divided by 7 )
=================
