I need help with this..look at the picture provided down below. identify what you see, what you didn't notice and explain what kept you from seeing the entire picture

I see a woman with a feathered hat lookin at the opposite direction however you can also see another woman looking at the camera smiling. The thing that kept me from seeing the entire picture is that people look at a specific part of the picture in order see what is in it.
