L-------------> the length side of a rectangular solid
W------------> the width side of a rectangular solid
H-------------> the height side of a rectangular solid

we know that
[volume of a rectangular solid]=L*W*H
H=volume/[L*W]-------> H=180/[10*4]-----> H=180/40----> H=4.5 cm

the answer is
the height of a rectangular solid is 4.5 cm
