we have that
(x + 3)² + (y - 2)² = 36----------> (x + 3)² + (y - 2)² = 6²

we know that
the equation of a circle is of the form
(x-h)²+(y-k)²=r²
where (h,k) is the center and r is the radius
in this problem
the center of the circle is the point (-3.2) and the radius is r=6 units
so
if shifting a circle right 3 units
then
the center will be-----> (-3+3,2)-------> (0,2)

therefore

the answer is the option
B.The x-coordinate of the center of the circle increases by 3.
