The correct answer would be D. choices A B and C all represent necessary and responsible ways to stay hydrated as well as take care of your body and prevent the ingestion of bacteria. sugary drinks will do more harm to your body than good, and will leave you with a lack of energy.

D is definitely not a good choice. The sugar in those beverages makes you more thirsty. If you bring a lit of water for the conditions you could run out. You can also absorb water from the veggies. if you bring purification tabs you can get clean water wherever you find water. so your answer is D! I hope this helped
