The answer here would be C. This is because the out-of-tune singer would be perceived by your sense of hearing, the colour of a stop light is perceived by sight, and a discolouration on your friend's skin is also perceived by sight. However, your skin has nerves which tell you if something is harming your body. Touching a hot stovetop would harm your skin and you would move your hand.
