If a body is stationary(not in motion) then the graph between the distance and time gives straight line parallel to time axis.

Since, the curved line in the first graph is observed, the motion body is in non uniform. Where as in second graph, straight line parallel to time axis is observed which means that body is stationary.

from the graph, we can notice that the distance increases with the time, and also that the slope of the curve is not constant. This means that the object has some velocity, and this velocity is changing with time, so it must be an accelerated motion (not uniform, due to the "irregular" shape of the curve)

Y-direction:
here we can see that the distance remains constant with time: this means that the object is not moving at all, so there is no motion in the Y-direction.
