The center has coordinates h = -2, k = 5. The radius is sqrt(6). The equation for a circle is as follows:
(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2. Filling in using our given info we have
(x-(-2))^2+(y-5)^2=( √(6))^2. Simplifying that down we have an equation of
(x+2)^2+(y-5)^2=6. There you go!
