The answer would be A.

When solving a quadratic equation that equals 0, you would look for two numbers that when multiplied equal -30 but added together equal 13. Those numbers would be 15 and 2 (which eliminates B and C). The pair multiplied together has to equal -30 but when added has to equal +13. Meaning the answer would be A. P = -15, P = 2.
