The answer would be 14.14 cu inches. To arrive at this answer, use the formula 4 x pi x r3/3 where r3 is the radius cubed and pi is 3.14. Since the diameter is 3 then the radius is 1.5 inches and the r3 is 3.375. So then 4 x 3.14 x3.375/3 = 14.14.
