Ratio = 1:2
1 + 2 = 3
18564 / 3 = 6188
6188 x 2 = 12376
Ratio = 6188:12376
6188 / 42 = 148 tickets
12376 / 30 = 413 tickets
413 + 148 = 561 tickets
