How do you change powers with negative exponents to powers with positive exponents?

There isnt a visual reference for this question?

If you have a minus power in the denominator, the base and power go to the numerator. The number in front does not change where it is.

(y^2)/(4x^-5)

goes into something that looks like this

(y^2x^5)/(4)

When the minus power is in the numerator, the power and the base go into the denominator.

(3x^-3)/(y)

Becomes

(3)/(x^3y)

Numbers can do the same thing. if they have -powers associated with them.

(4^-3)/(5^-2)
becomes

(5^2)/(4^3)
