The correct answer is the Dawes plan.

It was an economic plan to help the Germans after world war one because of the way that the treaty of Versailles treated them. This plan was rejected however and what was adopted was the Young plan since the Dawes plan was not sustainable and only proved to be a temporary solution that could not last or help Germans.
