The correct answer is B) urban Egypt is modern, rural Egypt is traditional.

A major difference between urban Egypt and rural Egypt is that urban Egypt is modern, rural Egypt is traditional.

The best example of modern Egypt is the capital city of El Cairo. This is the largest and most important city in Egypt. It is a modern metropolitan area full of business, avenues, highways, and merchants. There is a lot of noise, pollution and is a crowded city, very populated. Other major cities are Alexandria and Luxor.

Rural Egypt is quiet, it is not polluted and few people live in the villages. From 1000 to 10,000 people that most are dedicated to agriculture practices next to the Nyle River.
