Dan must read 180 pages for school this weekend. It took him 30 minutes to read the first 40 pages. At this rate, how much additional time will it take him to finish the reading?

1 page = 30/40 = 3/4 min

Number of pages left to read = 180 - 40 = 140

Additional time needed = 140 x 3/4 = 105 mins


Answer: 105 mins
