The given equation is


-(3)/(4)x^2+2=0

Since the leading coefficient is negative and a fraction value, therefore multiply both sides by -4, to make is a positive integer.


-4(-(3)/(4)x^2+2)=0


-4(-(3)/(4)x^2)-4(2)=0


3x^2-8=0 .... (2)

On comparing (1) and (2), we get


c=-8

Therefore the first option is correct.
