The first thing we are going to do to graph our equation is solve them for
y:
For our first equation:

4x-5y=50

-5y=20-4x

y= (4)/(5) x-4
For our second equation:

3x+y=-4

y=-3x-4

Now, we just need to use the graphing utility to graph our equations:

y= (4)/(5) x-4

y=-3x-4

We can conclude that the graph of the equations is:
