Hello.
The probability that the first card is a heart and the second card is a diamond is 13/204.
There are 2 decks, each deck has 13 cards.
Multiply 13/52. and 13/51 and you get 13/204.

Total cards = 52
Number of heart = 13
Number of diamond = 13
p(heart followed by a diamond) = (13/52)(13/51) = 13/204
Answer : 13/204 (Answer D)
