When people run quickly, they can sweat profusely. Their muscles undergo movement, and the loss of energy takes place. Based on this description, in which two ways is energy conserved when people run?

The answer is:

The only two ways that energy can be conserved is by not running or moving your muscles. One, when people run they move their muscles. Two, when people move their muscles the lost of energy takes places. the bottom line is that the only way to conserve energy, is to do the opposite of those two statements.

I hope this helps :D

One, when people run for a specified distance or target location, their time needed to travel is much lesser, thus the energy conserved with respect to time can be lesser.
