The answer is C because he replaced the ball that he chose. to explain, both times he chose a ball had nothing to do with each other and did not affect the probability of the other. therefore, this problem includes only independent events.

Solution: Craig chooses a ball from a bag with red, green and yellow balls. He marks the ball and then replaces it. He then chooses a second ball. By replacing the ball, Craig creates circumstances that are identical for each event. Marking the ball does not affect the results.
