Most contracts are discharged by the "complete" performance, or "strict" performance, of the contracting parties.
A whole or entire contract is one where the assention gives that complete performance by one gathering is a condition point of reference to legally binding risk with respect to the next gathering. With a divisible contract, some portion of the thought of one gathering is set off against part of the performance of the other.
