A circular mirror has diameter other 12 in.

what is the area, I square in, of the mirror.
A. 6π
B. 12π
C. 36π
D. 72π

Area is equal to the radius^2 • pi. So if you half the diameter and get 6, you then square it and multiply by pi. So your answer is C, 36pi
